David jointly founded VideoWeb in 1996 which he successfully grew to be second only to BT Conferencing over a 3 year period. VideoWeb was sold to Genesys Conferencing, a NASDAQ quoted company in 1999. David founded All New Video Ltd in 2002, David led All New Video through to flotation on AIM in August 2005. He successfully sold All New Video plc to iPoint-Media plc in February 2007. David plays a key role in setting the strategy for the company and provides valuable start-up experience in all areas.

Justin Davies (Founder & CTO)

Justin designed and implemented the NinetyTen system. He has 12 years of experience in the IT and technology sector with senior roles in large IT services organisations. He specialised in the incubation and growth of Open Source business units through the VAR channel across Europe, establishing vendor relationships that produced multi million pound revenues within 24 months. He has a long history working within the Open Source community as both and Architect and Business development manager, as well as authoring 8 books on the subject of Enterprise Linux for IBM and Wiley publishing. Justin is responsible for technology and product strategy

David has 9 years industry experience working in with young multimedia companies. David was also involved in the public floatation of All New Video on the AIM market in London. All New Video was successfully acquired by iPoint-Media plc in February 2007. David’s role with All New Video was focused on sales generation and ongoing key account management, working heavily on accounts including BBC, IBM, Orange. Prior to this, David was a key member of the technical staff within VideoWeb Ltd. David has responsibility for ongoing commercial development and consumer marketing strategy.
